Five Miraculous Tips to Avoid Flat Feet
Did you ever think you will be able to get away with that unbearable foot ache? For all those who have given up, here’s some hope in the form of five miraculous tips to avoid flat feet…

Foot pain can be attributed to variety of causes. The most common cause of foot ache is flat feet; though in most cases it is known to be hereditary. Often in such cases, the patient suffers from feet burn and clear inflammations, especially around the heel or toe region. This happens mostly due to those expensive yet uncomfortable shoes that let you create your own fashion statement but makes you suffer in the long run. Often such problems go unnoticed because it concerns your feet. You may do things here and there to get hold of a temporary solution but you are rarely aware that the problem lies elsewhere. Let’s explore a few possibilities that may actually help you prevent the problem at the outset:
Compromising on high heels – It is a known fact that men are attracted to long and slender legs and their women counterparts do all things possible to strike their eyes with long pencil heel stilettos or pumps. During this time, they often ignore the wretched condition of their feet. Though high heels are not recommended, if at all you need to wear them, make sure they are well-fitted and have thick box heels rather than slim ones.

Try different shoes on alternate days –You are suggested to get two pairs of orthotic shoes and then wear them on alternate days. This will help you keep your feet comparatively fresh and after sometime you may find that your foot pain has completely disappeared.
Better not aim for self treatment – If you have long been suffering from serious feet problems or defects, you are advised not to try out any kind of self treatment. More than often, it has aggravated the problem instead of curing it.

Open shoes form better solutions – Your feet need to breathe and what better way of doing it other than wearing open shoes. Often it is seen that cramped shoes allow very little or almost negligible space for your feet to breathe. In these cases, open shows form better solutions for your aching feet.
Don’t change your podiatrist frequently – You are always advised to treat your feet from a particular podiatrist. If you change your podiatrist on a frequent basis, chances are high that your problem may not be perfectly diagnosed or cured. Once you get comfortable with your podiatrist, s/he finds it quite convenient to detect problems instantly and suggest you treatments that provide you with permanent relief.

It’s advised not to let your foot pain go unnoticed. You may have heard the proverb, ‘A stitch in time saves nine’. Similarly, if you cure your foot problems the moment they arise, it will save you from unnecessary discomfort and pain in the long run.

I suffer achy feet all the time but that’s probably because I wear plimsolls all the time and that’s the only comfy thing to wear to school. I will take on board the fact that your feet need to breathe, didn’t really know that it could help curb the woes of an achy foot! Thanks for the tips!
It’s au revoir to achy feet then!
