Coffee is a beverage that has become a favorite of many people. Some people often feel better after drinking coffee, so it can be a daily habit, but an overdose of coffee may be harmful to health.

5. Heartburn

“Caffeine relaxes the esophageal sphincter, allowing acid to flow back into the esophagus,” says Gross.
