Foot Odor
Does foot odor embarrass you? Here are some simple ways to help fix the problem.
Do your feet stink? I mean really stink? Well here are some odor busting ideas so you will feel comfortable leaving your shoes at the door.
- Wash with soap and water and don’t forget to scrub between the toes.
- Powder your feet with foot powder, cornstarch or antifungal spray. You could even put some in your shoes.
- Use a roll on antiperspirant (the one you use for underarm will work) to reduce perspiration.
- Change your socks often and/or wear two pairs of socks to help control perspiration.
- Wear open toed shoes or sandals to promote air circulation.
- Sprinkle dry herbs such as sage into your shoes to control odor.
- Try a shoe insert to help absorb moisture and control odor.
- Keep your stress levels down. Stress causes sweating and your feet will sweat also.
- Spicy foods emit odors through your sweat glands so watch what you eat.
Give these ideas a try. You may find a combination that works for you.
