1) Coffee Means More Fractures:
If you drink too much coffee that means your body is getting a lot of caffeine. Too much caffeine causes our bodies to excrete more calcium leading to brittle bones. That means more fractures and other bone problems. Besides that, too much coffee is bad for your central nervous system, heart and kidneys.
2) Fast Food, Slow brain:
A research confirms that junk food slows down the brain’s ability to process information. A study reveals that children who eat fast food daily, score drastically below average in studies.
3) Avoid This Screen Test:
Direct exposure to the sun can severely test your skin. UV rays of the sun cause sunburn, premature ageing and skin cancer. Use sunscreens with an SPF at least 15 when outdoors.
4) Leave Your Face Alone:
Rubbing your eyes, biting your lips, touching your lips repeatedly can tend to cause problems. Only touch your face to cleanse, apply products and other necessary activities to preserve its beauty.
5) Art of Washing Hair:
Always wash hair with lukewarm water because hot water dissolves the natural scalp oil that provides protection and natural shine to the hair shaft. Washing your hair correctly keeps your scalp free of dandruff.
6) Think For A Longer Life:
If you think you will live longer then you will. Research shows that optimists are 30 percent less likely to die from heart disease than pessimists and are less prone to high blood pressure and diabetes.
7) No Nail-Biting:
If you are habituated to nail biting then you are very much at higher risk for bruxism. Bruxism is characterized by clenching of the jaw that can cause facial pain, headaches, tooth sensitivity, recessed gums and tooth loss. This can also damage nail bed; even minor cut along side your nail can allow bacteria to enter.
8) No Ear Buds:
Remember ear buds are not your buddies. By cleaning ear wax using ear buds, we expose our ears to infection. So it’s better avoid cleaning ears with ear buds.
9) Fast Train – Only Pain:
Don’t rush out to gym if you are really tired and your body is not ready for anymore tough physical activity. Missing a day in the gym is better than rushing mindlessly through your regimen. So never ever hurry your workout. It hurts.
10) A Check Up A Year:
It’s highly advisable that you should go for a comprehensive medical check-up , once a year. It’s helpful and a great habit. No matter what your state of health is, you need to check-up once a year to detect problems early and remain stress free.

You are so right about not rushing through a workout at the gym. I don’t understand some people who rush through a workout; I guess they are the ones who think that just going to the gym is the workout.

I thought your list was great. I didn’t know washing your hair with hot water was that bad for your hair. I am glad that I wash my hair with warm water. I also didn’t know that it could cause problems for you to touch your lips. I hope that you do continue writing these lists because the tips are really informative.
