Health of us all depends on taking care of our bodies. Take care of it. It will take care of you. We need to fine tune it. As we do our automobiles. We sometime get caught up with excuses. I run tomorrow. I practice later.
And the body don’t have time to make these plans. You got people who go to hospital. Get great advice. Then turn around like the physician gave unwarranted advice. Obesity in children are daily news items. But have you notice that what you see. Isn’t what it is in most cases. If children weigh is an issue. Can someone track why some teachers are on the heavy side? Are we talking about these obesity instructors. How many journey have you went to the good hospital. Just to see a designated spot for some to smoke. Now , how can these representative of the medical profession tell any one what not to do. Is it logical. These are the same people trying to lay out dietplan, long life plans.

walking, runnning, jogging is great physical activity to do. Dodge ball, is a great game to play(only) if you fit to deal with the rapid moving.
