Great Daily Routine to Follow

The best daily routine is the one that makes you progress the most. When do you start your day. Most of the times I start my day at 12 AM because I just go to bed at 6 AM and I tell you I hate this schedule but my body seems to love it.

Brad Pitt gets up at 3 AM and I would like to do the same but it’s too much for now. I believe that getting up at 6 AM is more than enough for most people and for you too. Start the day with two hours of super intensive exercise. You know your body needs to eat but also needs activity.

What exercise should you make? The one you love the most but as long as it’s super intense and that almost makes you faint.

After the exercise and the nice shower you must eat like a king! Skip this meal and you will see how weak your bones will get, how ugly your skin will get and how bad you will look. Eat all the healthy food you can and you want. I recommend you to eat in this meal even more than what is comfortable to you. This way your body has an extra supply of nutrients to repair your muscles after such intensive exercise.

Now it’s time to work. It should be around 8:30 AM and you need to give all you got. Now more and more people work online from home and you should do the same if you are not already in this. You see, now it’s the time for you to give all you got here too. You need to be 100% here, you need to focus all your attention here, you do not want any distractions of any kind. Do you remember when you were a kid you used to pretend you were this and that and pretend you were here and there, do the same. Imagine you are not in your city and that only your work requires all your attention because nothing else exists!

Make a small meal in the middle of the morning around 10:00 AM.

Drink all the time even when you are not thirsty. Your body is not the most precise indicator of hunger and thirst. You cannot trust this to your body systems. Drink all the time but just water!

Then make the main meal and never drink here. It’s the time for you to eat all you can.

Make another smaller meal in the middle of the noon.

Then if you finish working at 18:00 PM it’s time for another season of intense exercise and again for two hours. This is the best way I know to improve all your body and your age does not matter at all.
