Healthy Lifestyle with Fruit Consumption

Lifestyle mainly depends on the food we consume daily and the main aspect of our health also depends on Fruit.

Nowadays, many people start to reconsider about their lifestyle. Not just things that they do for living, people also think about what they give into their body. In the last few decades, natural and healthy products became the most popular things to buy. The reason is because people are more concern about their health. They change their lifestyle to be happier and healthier. You can see so many ways to start this lifestyle and one thing we can do is consuming fruits. Let’s say this is the healthy lifestyle with fruit consuming.

Since we were infants, our parents tried to feed us with good food only, the best grade there is I assume. From the appetizers to the dessert. Until today, we must complete our daily meal with carbohydrates, proteins, fat, and other compositions to make them full of nutrition. One of the must-consumed nutrition is fruits. Please choose one or more that you like to grab and eat them as your snacks, or you can make it as your favorite drinks. Yes, drinking fresh juice daily besides consuming them directly is also considered a healthy lifestyle.

What is your daily breakfast menu? Do you have fruits or at least orange juice in it? The perfect menu for our breakfast should contain right portion of light carbohydrate, such as cereals, bread, grain that we serve with milk and honey. After that do not forget to complete them by adding fruits. We need to consume fruits to maintain our digestive system and to fulfill our needs of vitamins, because vitamins aren’t produced by our body. It’s not hard to find great quality fruits. An apple a day will keep the doctor away, that proverb is so true in many ways. So it’s very obvious that consuming fruits is a must.
There is a fact that The USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) used to recommend 5 servings of fruits (mixed with veggies) a day and now it’s more like 7 or 8 servings.

For the example of common fruits which we can find easily, I’d take orange as an example. Orange is highly valued for its vitamin C. But not only has vitamin C, this freshly sour and sweet taste of fruit also contained large amounts of calcium,  potassium, magnesium and fiber. There are many benefits of consuming orange, from keeping the immunity system to cutting risk on cancer and certain heart disease development. The orange cells inside is beneficial for their high fiber content. So, there’s no excuse for not consuming orange or other fruits, every single day to make our lifestyle healthier with fruit consuming.
