How to avoid dizziness..

Many feel dizziness, vertigo and other disorders associated with headache. Many complained that they do not move hard, heavy feeling, unable to concentrate well and work affected them because they feel around them and fail. Others experience of motion sickness and sea sickness.

This disease is related to inner ear problem according to Dr. Gil Vicente, head ng Department of Otalaryncology-Head and Neck Surgery ng Jose Reyes Memorial Center at St. Luke’s Medical Center.

According to Dr..Vicente, the dizziness, vertigo, motion sickness and sea sickness is related to sensing of balance and equilibrium and based on this action and interaction parts of our nervous system.Our inner ears also called the labyrinth will monitor the direction of our movement.The eyes monitor where we are, and what we do.

Here are some ways to avoid dizziness.

  • Avoid quick variant of position, especially when lying and sudden rise and walking.
  • Avoid excessive movement of the head or head motion extremes.
  • Avoid smoking, drinking coffee and eating the extra saltiness and other products harmful to the blood flow.
  • Avoid stress and things that cause allergy.
  • If queer is not to ascend to higher places.
  • Do not read while running the vehicle and avoid to sit to a seat facing backward.
  • Avoid pungent smell; spicy or greasy food travels before or as you travel and
  • Avoid also talk to people with motion sickness and for sure will take medications to counter dizziness recommended by a doctor.
