How To Drink More Water Easily

Everybody has to drink water to be hydrated. But not everyone likes to drink water.

Everybody has to drink water to be hydrated. But not everyone likes to drink water. So are there ways to drink water without having to, well you know, drink water? There are definitely easy, and tasty, ways to drink water. First ALL food has some water in it or your food would be extra crunchy. Fruits and, less preferably, vegetables have loads of water. Apples, oranges, strawberries, and loads of other fruits and veggies have plenty of water. If not try sports drinks, they have plenty of “water-ific” value, and electrolytes to give a bit of energy. (Note: Energy drinks do not contain very much water, and aren’t healthy) Also soda water, like Perrier, mixed with apple, orange or other kinds of fruit juices make a yummy fruit soda and get double the water from the soda and the juice. 

Did you know? Gorillas don’t drink water because their diet of fruit and vegetables gives them enough water to use.
