Home Remedies

Make the habit of drinking lemon, watermelon, carrot, or apple daily that helps to fight free radicals that damage the skin.

To get an instant glow, make a mixture of 2 tablespoons of oats, 1 teaspoon of honey, and powdered almonds. Mix this thoroughly and apply this paste on your face. Let this for 10 minutes and clean to witness your glowing skin.

Fuller earth is good remedy for removing tan and dried skin cells. With this fuller earth, add some dried curry leaves and make a paste. Apply this paste to cleanse your skin and this is also helpful in removing blemishes.

To get natural glow, make a paste of milk, pumpkin, and egg yolk. Apply this paste daily to get natural glow, this method is very slow but provides long lasting glowing skin.

Wash your face before going to bed and apply sunscreen before going out. Use sunscreen lotion that has SPF greater than 15.

Don’t squeeze, pick or poke your skin, be very kind and nice to your skin.

After exfoliating the skin, use moisturizer or anti-aging mask on face and neck to have a beautiful skin. Don’t do over make-up and drink 6 – 8 glasses of water every day.

Rub tomato or papaya on your face and neck. This gives good glow on your skin.
