How to Get Abs in a Month!

This exercise is proven to give you abs in no longer than one month. And what’s best is it can all be done at home with no more than the ground and a swiss exercise ball.

1. Start off doing some regular crunches. Do three sets of a number that you can do. Gradually increase the number overtime.

2. Next are some alternating crunches. These will really work your upper sides. Do three sets for this as well and add more repetitions over time.

3. Ball Rollins are what come after. They will really get your core stomach muscles in there. Do three sets and increase reps over time.

4. Ball V-Rollins are next. They are one of the best to get those lower abdominals worked out. Do three sets and increase reps over time for these too.

5. Your done with the ball, put it aside. Now you will do side plank hip dips. Do three sets and increase reps over time. Make sure to do each side.

6. Now do some leg raises. Do three sets and increase reps over time again.

7. Last but not least are Dragon Flags. If you aren’t in that great of shape don’t try these yet. They are very advanced. If you can do them do three sets once again and increase the reps over time.

By doing these exercises I developed an 8 pac in only 2 months. And after that I only did the Dragon Flags to keep my stomach in shape. The great thing about doing these exercises is that they work many muscles at the same time due to the use of the ball. You have to maintain your balance so your legs, arms, and core muscles really get an exercise along with your stomach muscles. This exercise is great for everyone too. It can make your stomach any way you want it. Once you get to the dragon flags you can just do them and even make your stomach so defined that you can see veins.
