How to Get Good Sleep
Instruction to get good sleep in less than five minutes.
Many people have problems with having good sleep because of two main causes:
- Stress: people do a lot of work to achieve their aim and to compete with others
- Nervousness: nervousness is a symptom of a loser, if you feel nervous try to console your self by saying that “I can do it”
A student thinks that if he studies whole night before the examinations and get good marks on next day, then he is wrong because your brain needs rest for at least eight hours. If you want better than best marks you will have to sleep for minimum eight hours, if your brain gets rest then it can mix up all the data and next day you will feel fresh and you will feel that you know everything about that particular subject.
To get good sleep without even wasting fifteen minutes lying on the bed, just follow my guide:
- First lay down on the bed then relax your body
- Start concentrating from your hair and relax
- Close your eyes
- Start thinking “I will not sleep” without counting time!
- In less than 5 minutes you will find your self in your dream world
You must be thinking that why to think that “I will not sleep”. To get good sleep you must have great concentration power but concentration is like pushing a donkey the more you push it the more it will push back. I am 100% sure that if you will follow my guide then you will get good sleep.
