Having a longer life without those lumps hanging at your sides is easy to achieve with these simple tips.
Live longer and enjoy life to its fullest should be the motto of every person in this world. Imagine yourself with a very healthy life and without those unwanted lumps that makes you sluggish when you wake up in the morning. While it is true that there are million ways to live a healthy and longer life and get rid of those unwanted lumps in your body, I have but 11 easy tips to share with you.
- Eat the right kind of foods and have a really good diet. I am referring to a vegetarian diet as I have proven that going vegan is good for the health.
- Drink plenty of fruit juices and water. Liquid flashes away the toxin stored in your body and energizes you as you sweat out.
- Avoid meat and go for dried legumes to provide for the proteins needed by the body in the absence of meat and fish.
- Use vegetable oil instead of fats from animals. Fats have high cholesterol content that is not good for the body.
- Avoid foods with too much food additives and enhancers as they are artificial food supplements that only give you a bloated feeling in the end and will not give you any food nutrients.
- Eat organic food as they are good for the body and are free from the chemicals used in non-organic foods.
- Keep away from drinks high in caffeine and alcohol. They don’t give anything to your body but added toxin.
- Have a cleansing diet of apples at least once a year to flash out the toxin in your system. This is a diet of only apples, fruit juices and water for three to five days.
- Give yourself that exercise. Exercise makes the body alive and active. Don’t just sit there and let fat accumulate in your body. A nice exercise is taking a walk with your pet everyday.
- Think positive and make friends. Positive thinkers have healthier lives and with a lot of friends to inspire you, you wouldn’t experience a dull life. That is adding minutes to your span of life.
- Get a pet. Pets give you a feeling close to nature. Nature lovers have longer lives and if you have that pet it would really make a difference.
These are but tips and have no scientific basis but based on experiences. Just keep in mind that your life is what you make it. Whatever your plans are will reflect to your life in the future. While you are young, plan something that could give you a longer and healthier life.
