How to Sleep Well

If you can’t sleep, this is the guide for you!

Sleeping is vital, in fact, you spend one third of your life covered in blankets!

Though we don’t know why sleeping is vital. Some say, it is to give your body time to repair your injuries. Some say its to arrange your memories. But what we know is that we can’t bear the day without sleep.

But if you are suffering sleeping problems, here are simple steps to getting a better sleep than rolling around the bed.

Use a radio and tune in to your local classical music station. The night classical music is usually peaceful and it relaxes your mind.

If you cannot find a classical music channel, buy a CD that contains peaceful music.

Get thick woolen blankets for winter and thin cotton blankets or similar.

When buying a new bed, test it if its comfortable and ask for the best bed for you

Contact a doctor for advice to avoiding sleeping problems.

Just remember, if you don’t sleep, it can take up to 10 years of your life! But if you do sleep well for between 8 to 12 hours, not only it will leave you comfortable when you wake, but also decreases the chance of Type 2 Diabetes.

Though you like to sleep later, sleeping only half an hour later will leave you regretting you stayed up late!
