How to Stay Regular and Keep a Healthy Lifestyle
For those who are having trouble with bloating, gas, and irregularity. This is my daily routine that I have found to have positive impacts on my health and skin.
One thing I have noticed in my search for maintaining a healthy lifestyle is the importance of being regular. In today’s hectic world this can often be a difficult task, however, it can be managed. Just having a routine can have a positive impact on regularity. I find that when my schedule is thrown off balance that I begin to start feeling sluggish, bloated, and just not right. Here is my routine:
I wake up at the same hour every day. I immediately have a pint of water from my Poland spring’s water jug. The water will awaken your digestive system. After my water, I go for a twenty minute minimum walk and three days a week I do aerobics for twenty minutes directly after that. I then have a piece of organic fruit, either an apple, orange, pear, or grapes, never a banana. After about five or ten minutes I sometimes have a fruit smoothie consisting of a banana and some type of berries with either soy or regular milk. After at least twenty minutes I then have my breakfast. I find that the water and fruit spaced out a little in the mornings really helps to maintain my regularity. I follow this routine six to seven days a week and consistency is key.
Other things that I do is drink plenty of bottled water throughout the day and try to eat raw fruits and vegetables before my meals as this tends to help awaken your digestive system as well as help you eat less. I only eat organic fruit and vegetables and I try to keep my cabinets full of only organic foods. This switch in eating has help my stomach to settle and feel normal as well as helped my skin to stop breaking out.
