How to Unblock Your Nose!

How to unblock your blocked nose.

stuffy noses (nasal congestion) are caused by inflamed blood vessels in the linings of your nostrils, due to a cold or an allergy. Stuffy noses can be deadly to babies where in adults they are just uncomfortable. Here are some home remedies to try and unblock your nose.

There is no cure for the common cold so if you can determine that being the source of your nasal problem, you just have to fight it off, but if it is being caused by an allergy, you could be able to get some drugs from your doctors.

There are a few ways to do this trick but here are two. Put your head in the freezer for a short while breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth, or you could try wet a cloth and place it over your nose, this could help unblock your nose.

Sauna’s help when you feel ill, but a home remedy would be to breathe in through your nose whilst blowing the hairdryer at your face, only do this on a heat you can tolerate without your nose burning.

Boil the kettle and pour the boiling water into a bowl so that a lot of steam is coming off, place your head over the bowl with a towel over your head so that all of the heat stays in and no steam escapes, breathe in through your nose and before you know it you will have an unblocked nose, for improved results you can try adding menthol crystals to the water (these can make your eyes feel like they are burning if you place your head over the bowl with your eyes open)

Taking warm baths and showers help as they help you relax and the steam can also do its job at unclogging your nose.

Try the boiling water and putting it into a bowl with menthol crystals in, but this time leave it somewhere in your bedroom with your window and door shut and as you sleep the crystals should work on you and clear your nose up over night (you may have to do this for a few nights)
