Natural ways to grow taller.
Most people believe that the taller you are the more confident and smart you are. So you should ask yourself why do you want to grow taller. Self-confidence and physical attraction has always been associated with height.
People who are vertically challenged to increase their height often take supplements. There’s no harm with wanting to gain some inches in height but know that height in reality can’t be linked 100% with self-confidence and physical attraction. It will hold most people back when height becomes a disadvantage.
1. Everybody needs no less than 8 hours of sleep per night. So a regular bedtime habit is important even on weekends. This will build up your body’s natural rhythm. Because as you know, one of the most natural way to grow taller is getting enough sleep every night. When we are sleeping, research shows that our body does grow up and it is substantial to be aware of our sleeping pattern.
2. Ensure that your diet comprise of lean proteins, foods that are low in fat. Lean beef, chicken, and turkey are some good options. Monitoring your protein count will assist in helping you grow taller. It will make a huge difference with a change in your menu plans.

3. Stretching discharge natural human growth hormones (HGH) that helps in increasing your height. HGH is involved and is part of the result for various human body functions and when that’s mixed with various height increasing exercises, your possibility of growing taller is most favorable.

4. Give yourself sufficient time per day to perform stretching exercises. To help with your growth spur, try to add swimming and cycling to your activities also.

huh! so basicaly it comes down to leading a healthy lifestyle! My father was 6 feet 7 inches… I got the short end of the stick in height… literaly haha. been stuck at 5′10” my whole life!
