Most treatments for infertility and infertility doctors ignore the psycho-spiritual boost fertility. In other words, the mind-body connection is the missing link in the management of infertility. It seems that we have lived our lives as human beings we have forgotten that we are spirits mostly try to have a human experience. The man is a spirit, he has a soul and live in a prosecution in the body called earth. Nothing or chemical stimulus is happening in the body affects the soul (mind, soul to soul) and spirit – you really are. Especially for women, stress affects the mind, mood, and manners. When the soul is full of her bed, she throws herself into the body and mind. Sex hormones and reproductive organs are particularly subject to all sorts of emotional stress, mental and physical distress. Worry, anxiety, sorrow, tension, anxiety, fear and depression have been described in a woman infertile. Women are particularly vulnerable because a woman is a sack of hormones and emotions. It is also the aspect that most reproductive endocrinologists tend to trivialize.
When a woman is stressed, the sympathetic nervous system goes to work extra hard to trigger the body to produce more stress hormones and less calming hormones. This imbalance negatively affects fertility. Imbalances also create oxidation, inflammation and fibrosis. Estrogen increases at the expense of progesterone and testosterone.
For these imbalances – marked by fatigue, hypoglycemia, abdominal bloating, pelvic congestion, decreased immune function, irregular periods, poor complexion, mental fog, and irritability – I usually recommend a mixture of herbs to relieve tension (valerian, chamomile, and hops), which relaxes the body and can adjust the hormones naturally increase the fertility. I get this voltage reduction of my favorite herbal blend of vitamins Swanson. It works well for women nervous and uneasy, impatient and tired. The recommended dosage is three capsules per day – usually at night – to help improve fertility.
Phyllis Light add agrimony tincture and blue verbena mixture depending on the type of stress or tension involved. Agrimony is excellent for infertile women with poor digestion and fat metabolism that is experiencing mental stress. Blue vervain is perfect for women of character who want control over their lives. These categories of infertile women tend to have tight neck and shoulders and often fall ill because the excesses of distress in physical illness. Mix 10 drops of tincture (agrimony vervain and blue) from a dropper in a half glass of warm water twice a day.
Most herbalists allow these natural remedies approximately three months – the cycle of natural biorhythms – to take effect. The herbs are safe and there are no cons, indications, and it is important not to become pregnant while taking these herbs. However, do not combine valerian and alcohol together because valerian may potentate the effect of alcoholic beverages.
Do not forget also the role of relaxation, positive thinking, positive visualization, cognitive restructuring and prayer. Meeting with the support group for infertility is also encouraged. Massage and biofeedback techniques has been suggested.
