As we are used to the convenience and flexibility of mobile usage and cannot be done with it completely, it is best to use it prudently. The easiest possible solution is to keep the phone away from the ear during prolonged conversations and use it with the help of ear phones and speakers. Switching ears during a conversation is also advisable in the absence of speaker phones. We should also take extra precaution not to allow children to use the mobile phones at a very young age as it can have a more dangerous effect of radiation on them.
