Diabetic

Fasting Glucose level : 110 mg/dl(milligram per decilitre)

Normal Glucose Level : 140 mg/dl(milligram per decilitre)

Diabetic Level : above 200 mg/dl(milligram per decilitre)

Effect: Heart Attack with probably stroke ended.

Food : sweet tea, coffee, soft drink, chicken noodles, meatball, donut, sweet cake and junk foods.

Mineral Water Level Needed

*. Formula to calculate mineral water needed for normal person per day:

    33 x body mass(kg)

*. “Diuretic” (soda, tea, coffee, alcohol) at least 1:1

The best time for water consuming:

  • wake up
  • 90 minutes after breakfast
  • 30 minutes before lunch
  • 90 minutes after lunch
  • afternoon
  • 30 minutes before dinner
  • 90 minutes after dinner
  • before sleeping night
