Make Your Body Warm
There a ways to warm your body.
It is never a good idea to brace freezing cold weather in a foreign country ill-prepared, boarding the plane with the intention of only getting something warm to wear when you touch down.
Our body is not made to withstand sudden temperature drops over a short period of time, and facing the harsh winter with just you normal sweater or long-sleeve jacket is a recipe for disaster.
If there is one golden rule you need to follow before going aboard for holidays or studies during winter, it would be this: Prioritise your winter apparel above everything else, as you would not want to be caught in a situation where you can barely walk yourself to the airport taxi without shivering.
Basically, what you need id several layers of light, loose clothing, which will trap air yet provided adequate ventilation in times of extreme weather. You need three layers of clothing to keep the body warm inside and have another layer outside to protect your body from unrelenting wind or rain.
For example, try wearing long, thermal underwear underneath your pants, followed by a shirt, sweater, jacket and coat. This allows you to remove your clothes indoors when it starts to get warm. For this purpose, a set of long johns is highly recommended. The woolen long johns have an extra layer of cotton for additional comfort and suitable for temperature of 120C and below.
Long johns not only help retain heat, they also protect the skin from dryness due to cold weather. The kind of material used is crucial to ensure optimal comfort to caress the skin and prevent skin irritation.
On other hand, the unique three-layer cotton will do for temperature of 120C to 180C. Next, the second layer of winter garment should be a woollen sweater. Keep a super-soft and toasty warm fine cashmere sweater warm temperature are expecting a temperature of below 100C.
We must have very lovely down jackets and parkas suitable for sophisticated urban city centers and suburban countryside. Alternatively, pick up a parka when the weather is slightly warmer. A padded parka, which contains 180g to 230g of padding and a layer of fleece, is suitable for temperature of 00C to 100C.
Parkas must come with insulated linings and eye-catching colours, ideal for various events and functions during the winter months. You can wear leather parkas to look more rugged. For a formal and more feminine look, opt for a woollen coat that will keep you warm from temperature 100C and below.
On top of that, you can match your parkas and jackets with accessories like hats, hoods, scarves, earmuffs, and facemasks to complete your winter outfit. Other must-have includes lip balm, moisturisers, money pouch, luggage bags, vacuum bags and chemical warmers.
