Nine Unhealthy Habits That Damage the Liver

Easily a list of nine things most of us, especially the young ones, do on a daily basis or maybe more during the weekend, which harm our liver without us noticing.

  1. Not urinating in the morning
  2. Skipping breakfast. Not only is this bad for your liver but for your brains as well.
  3. Waking up too late. This is because the period from 5 am to 7 am is the perfect time to detoxify, thus you should be emptying your bowel anytime between these hours. Also, the next two hours that follow are the most favorable hours to eat breakfast because the nutrients will be better absorbed by your small intestine.
  4. Sleeping too late. From 9 to 11 in the evening is the designated time for the body to eliminate unnecessary chemicals from the lymph nodes. These hours should be spent relaxing or listening to music. The next two hours after, from 11 in the evening to 1 in the morning, are when your liver’s detoxification process happens. From 1 am to 3 am, is the gall’s turn to detoxify, after which is followed by the lungs. This period of time, therefore, from 3 to 5 in the morning, a person suffering from cough may experience severe cough – a sign that the lungs is already at work. All mentioned detoxification processes should be dome in a deep sleep state.
  5. Consuming too much medication, Yes, it may relieve you from pain today, but too much of it may actually do more harm to you in the long run
  6. Consuming uncooked and overly done foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store any left-over.
  7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible, lessen cooking oil use when frying. This includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is on top form.
  8. Too much eating. Allow your system ample time to digest.
  9. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener
