What is obesity? Have you ever thought about what exactly is obesity. It is the excessive food energy that is preserved in our bodies by the over consumption of food. In this fast-paced world, one has to be specific about their diets. Well, only diet is not the pass to a reducing obesity, there’s some workout required too. From walking to running, from climbing stairs to running a few miles would be a good exercise for us, specially when we want to eliminate the most hazardous root of all diseases from our daily lives. Chronic diseases such as heart disease, depression, high cholesterol, stroke, gall bladder etc are the aftermath and one of the most contributing factors of obesity. To best defeat obesity, a highly effective lifestyle has to be adopted.
You have to start from yourself. There is a huge bond between the food energy your body takes in and the energy your body consumes , which means thru various activities. Working out daily, selecting a proper diet chart including lots of vegetables,fruits and fluids. It really does not mean you have to stay away from taste and the yum of foods. There are variety of foods and their ways of making them to let you enjoy its authentic taste. The elimination of obesity is only possible through the person in you, who needs to understand the hazards of this unhealthy trend. So, c’mon guys, take a step against obesity today and let’s make obesity history.
