Permanent Prevention of Nose and Throat Problems
Prevent colds by just giving five minutes of your day to these preemptive measures.
I used to be a regular victim of sore throat, blocked nose, cough, cold, etc. Doctors said that I suffer from sinus. They said that the only cure is operation.
But, I don’t want to get operated, so I devised an exercise regime, which prevented the recurrences of my nose and throat problems. This regime demands only 5 minutes of your day.
This is what I used to do:
I did 20 pushups for one month and it used to take me only 5 minutes. Then for next one month, I did pushups only on weekends, which comes to around 8 days per month. Finally the next month, I did pushups only on Sundays, which makes it equal to 4 days a month.
During this regime, I didn’t suffer any problem. I just repeat this regime and now I don’t suffer with any problem. However, my problem is not cured but at least now it’s suppressed.
The biggest advantage is that this doesn’t have any side effect if done properly and requires only 5 minutes of day. So, if you want a free of cost treatment then you can rely on it.
But, it might be possible that efficacy of treatment might vary with person to person as it depends on the genetic makeup of person, his lifestyle and his environmental conditions. Also, it might be possible that you might have pain in your wrist or backbone, so to prevent that please do some exercise of wrist and backbone during initial days. It is also possible that you might not be able to do 20 pushups right from day one, so don’t panic, just try and one day you will succeed.

A curious correlate to this perhaps not just that a bit of exercise boosts the immune system, -but where these push-ups perform over, say, the living room carpet? You could be unknowingly in-taking particulates, dusts, dander, pollens and other ‘household’ stuffs etc and from these, your body learns immunity, thus, THAT boosts your system!
Approximately 50% of the ‘dust’ vacuumed from your carpets & floors are (-you ready for this??) the shed human skin cells that everyone leaves behind! Science has even been able to determine vast ‘clouds’ of shed human skin cells that travel in the clouds from Africa over the Atlantic and fall to S. Central & North America in rain! :-O
Did you know that digging in the soil (real, outdoor soil like a garden or park, etc.) for just 15-20 minutes daily, -involving un-gloved hands, increases your immunity? You are ‘taking in’ the benign detritus (bacteria, pollen, etc) that has the potential to make you sick from allergies, colds, etc., and your body ‘learns’ from these, making your stronger and more resistant to same?
Great article!
