Pumpkin Sesame Pudding
This pudding makes a tasty, slimming breakfast along with hot green tea and a rice cracker. It’s ready to eat in minutes. Pumpkin is full of valuable nutrients such as vitamin A and beta-carotene to help clear complexion blemishes, boost digestion, and eliminate acidity. Pumpkin is a great weight loss food because it satisfies like a starch but slims like a squash.

This recipe combines the cleansing, anti-parasite powers of raw pumpkin with the healing benefits of sesame one of our best sources of calcium. The recipe is of special interest to people who may develop osteoporosis–most women and men who smoke, live past age 50, take steroid drugs or have thin bones.
Beautifying Pumpkin Black Sesame Pudding
Serves 2
A 14 oz. can of 100% pumpkin pie filling
1 dash of pumpkin pie spice
2 Tbsp. black sesame tahini
2 Tbsp. raw walnut pieces
(optional) ¼ tsp each of ashwagandha and shatavari powder
Mix it all together in a bowl and you are done.
Raw pumpkin helps eliminate intestinal parasites. This recipe may be laxative if too much is eaten at a time. It feels cleansing and refreshing. Black sesame, an excellent source of nutrients including calcium, is more moistening than regular white sesame tahini. Mixed with walnut, which reduces cholesterol, it makes a skin-beautifying, slimming dish.
Ashwagandha is an East Indian form of ginseng that tones weak muscles, reduces aching lower back and revitalizes tired legs. It has been traditionally used as a sexual tonic for male sexual dysfunction (AKA impotence). But it is also used by pregnant women during the final trimester to strengthen lower back and uterine muscles to reduce labor-time. It makes a fine general tonic for most exhausted, overworked adults. It is not hormonal and can be used alone or with Shatavari.
Shatavari is wild East Indian asparagus recommended as a traditional source of female hormone replacement. It rejuvenates dried, fragile female sexual tissue and, therefore, promotes sexual comfort in post-menopausal women. Either sex can use the herb, although because it is mucilaginous by nature, similar to glue, it slows the digestive process. However, using ¼ to ½ teaspoon of both these herbs is safe, easy and balanced.
Ashwagandha tones muscles for the entire body, including the face and shatavari refreshes and replenishes dried tissue, including the skin.
