Right Timing to Drink Water

Its very important to drink water periodically. The much you drink water the much fit you would be. Drinking water will always helps in blood purifying, avoiding heart attacks, Lower your blood pleasure and from many other dangerous problems. Drinking water is as important as doing exercise, diet and not smoking etc. Its a need of all.

Its very important to drink water periodically.  The much you drink water the much fit you would be.  Drinking water will always helps in blood purifying, avoiding heart attacks, Lower your blood pleasure and from many other dangerous problems.  Drinking water is as important as doing exercise, diet and not smoking etc.  Its a need of all.  

I would list out some tips that would be helpful for all in their daily life through drinking water.  These are the right timing and right amount of water that has to to take each day.  We can have extra than this but don’t compromise in having less. 

Two Glasses of water 30 minutes before meal:

Its very good for your health to drink two glasses of water before the meal.  Having it would help you in Digestion.  Usually our stomach has lots of gas-tic problems and when Water taken before the meals will enter the stomach and the reaction after that will proceed very nice by sweeping this gas-tic problem.  This leads to Digestion.  

Drinking water at meals also leads to the bolting habit. This should be avoided at any cost.  Any food that we eat must be grained thoroughly with our teeth and then swallow.  Swallowing half grained food is a bad habit and must be avoided.

One Glass after you wake up:

The first thing that you have to do in a day is to have a glass of water.  It must be made a habit.  Drinking water early morning will helps hydrate our body as we take rest for a long night without water.  Many even say that drinking water early morning helps to flush you system and regain energy and helps in blood circulation as well.  It also helps gives

brightness in your face (Many argue for this).

Many say that they get stomach ache when having water early morning.  I would suggest them to have water after you brush your teeth or gargle your mouth.  The saliva in the morning have poisonous substances that will lead you to have stomach ache while drinking.

One Glass before you sleep:

Drinking water before sleep avoid heart attack during nights.  We all know that drinking adequate water helps reducing the rate of Heart Attacks. Adding to that this is another time where you need to have water. Drinking less water can always be harmful to your heart.  Its very similar as one has smoking problems.

I usually do not advice Alcoholics but there I go now, If you have taken alcohol earlier then it would be good to take water before sleep as it avoids hangover the next day. Alcohol dehydrates the tissues in your body that leads to hangover.  Also Avoid Alcohol from your life.
