Seven Important Things Towards Excellent Health

Health is in your hand. You yourself will decide your own health. Health is like a car, if you know how to manage your body then you will always stay young, happy and cheerful. Do this seven important things for the sake of your health.

  1. Sleep at 9pm every night, and leave all your worries, troubles and routines aside.
  2. Walk bare-footedly on the grass in the early morning (best before sunrise) for 15 to 30 minutes. This will increase the flow of negative ions from the nature to your body while releasing positive ions out of your body.
  3. Always massage your chest gently with your palm. Do this massage 200 times every day. This will strengthen your immune system.
  4. Drink good, oxygenated and alkaline water. Flush your body with 3000 cc. water during a day. This will help to flush out toxins from your body effectively.
  5. Having three balanced diet rich in fibers, carbohydrate, protein, enzyme, vitamins and minerals. Your diet should include 3 ratios of vegetables and fruits to 1 ratio of meat, milk and fat.
  6. Eliminate negative thinking from your mind. Never say bad things; never envy; and never lose temper easily.
  7. Always appreciate what you are having now. Always feel gratitude to the nature and people surround you. Remember your god or your Buddha to stay in tranquility and peace.
