Sinus Pain Remedy
How to cure sinus pain.
Have you ever been plagued by sinus pain? If you have then you know it can be very unpleasant, it keeps you awake, and it tends to be worse when you bend over. I used to regularly have these attacks of sinus pain all the time when I was in my 20s, but I found a way to cure myself of the occurrences.
I went to the Chemist (drugstore) and asked the druggist and he sold me a small bottle of clear liquid and told me to boil some water and pour a few drops into the boiling water, place a towel over my head covering the boiling water and my face, thereby breathing in the vapor that rose of the steamy water.
This worked excellently and I noticed one thing about the liquid I bought from the chemist. I smelled strongly of Eucalyptus. Now being in Australia with Eucalyptus trees everywhere I decided that if it happened again I needn’t go to the druggist again. I went out till I found a Eucalyptus (gum) tree which is fairly easy, and apparently there are many that have been introduced in California also. I gathered about 20 strong smelling leaves and placed them in the water and boiled it. I placed a towel over my head and breathed the Eucalyptus smelling steam in and bye bye sinus pain.
I repeated this over the next few years every time I had a sinus attack and I have had no problems for about the last 15 years. In America if there are no Eucalyptus trees around I am sure that Eucalyptus oil is readily available and you just mix a small quantity with boiling water and breath in the steam and it will have the same effect.

Great tips. I wish I had one of these trees in my backyard. I suffer from sinus headaches all the time.

Your recipe shall now be tried out in Ireland next time I suffer from sinus pain. Might have to import a few eucalyptus trees though.

Eucalyptus oil works fine, put it in the water, most drug stores should have it.
