Six Tips to Surviving Your Computer Emissions
Symptoms related to computer usage and tips on how to protect yourself while using the computer.
Are you spending excessive periods of time in front of a computer screen? Do you suffer from, headaches, fatigue, stomach upsets, diarrhoea, irritability and anxiety?
It is thought that emissions from computer screens can result in some of the above symptoms particularly for “sensitives”, that is those people who pick up on energy patterns quickly. Chances are you are also uncomfortable in large shopping areas where there are lots of people all emitting their own, mostly negative, energies.
Tricks to Surviving and Enjoying:
- Take frequent breaks away from the screen.
- Drink loads of plain water.
- Fill your room with live green plants. They not only absorb negative energy they give out extra oxygen.
- Protect yourself with Reiki or mentally surround yourself with white light.
- Place an amethyst or rock crystal cluster in front of the screen to dissipate the energy waves. It must be a cluster. A single point will act as a laser and target the energy right to you.
- Buy an anti-glare, anti-radiation screen for your monitor.

Hi Sandra, yes I think, as number 6 says, anti radiation, anti glare screens are great – I have an anti-radiation screen on both my PC and my laptop it just clips over the edge and unclips when not in use.

There’s other emissions from computers than from LCD’s and CRT’s (monitors). I’ve noticed it emanating from both desktops and laptops, affecting a nearby television picture (slight interference). And even after turning off any monitors. The noted interference strengthens and diminishes with distance from the said TV. Of course, TV’s put off emissions, too.

hi snakedog
thanks for your comments, you are so right. there are so many energy vibrations from all sorts of appliances that can affect us. we just have to do the best we can and be especially sensible about switching them off at the wall when they are not in use.
