Also teenage girls, will drink seven bottles of water a day , to contain the shine and moisture in their hair. Girls who love painting their nails, will discover that water strengthens your nails and helps it to grow.
So everyone put down that can of coke, and start drinking water! It will help you in so many different ways, you will only begin to drink more and more !
