Avoid feeling sleepy in afternoon.

It is very irritating when you are stuffed with heavy lunch and your boss has given you an assignment to be completed by evening and your eyes are giving up leaving you with the feeling of sleep and your head dropping down often to comfort while you keep on holding yourself alive in this world to get things done.

There are some ways to promote freshness to your day.

Take following action to make your afternoon progressive and not like sleeping pill:

Use deodorants with fragrance of lime or orange touch.

Drink orange or lemon juice as Vitamin C is found to help you refresh your body.

Wash your face with cold water and clean your eyes properly.

Place your fingers on your closed eyes and move your eyeballs in circular slow and gentle.
