Sleep Debt Breaks the Bank

Our health is our greatest commodity and allows us the ability to either go forth and attack capitalism to earn more money or to cause us hardship and fall off the capatilist train. One of the biggest concerns is the ides of Sleep Debt. Based on the average person needing eight hours of sleep, most of us are in debt.

First, understand that the idea of accumulating sleep debt is total nonsense. Doctors have been saying this for years. Yes, if you stay awake for 36 hours, you will stand to sleep more than your average eight when given the chance, but that is from exhaustion and not because your body is making up for sleep debt.

That logic would mean that if you only get four hours of sleep per night in a work week, then you would be in debt 20 hours. Add on the sleep time for Friday and Saturday night and you would need to sleep 36 of the 48 hours of the weekend. Hopefully this sounds absurd to you. Many people need help relaxing and some even form addictions to sleeping pills. Click here for a natural and legal way to help you relax before bed ensuring you get all the sleep you need.

Now if you are lucky enough to fulfill any work and family obligations and responsibilities to the point where you can get eight hours of sleep, when you wake up you should be roaring and ready to go. This makes you a better worker, a better family person and a better friend. Appropriate sleeping time breeds patience, potential to see and hear more things happening around you, and also prepares you for any struggles meeting you in the day.

Thusly, if you are having any sort of issue whether monetary, personally, or in the workplace, get to sleep! If you can rest your engine long enough to regroup for the next day, you put yourself in the best possible situation to tackle anything that may come at you in any given day.
