There also are some things that a person should not do at night. A person should not drink soda or coffee during the late evening hours. A person should not eat candy or have food that is high in sugar.
Sleep deprivation can be a serious factor in a person’s life and it should not be ignored. Follow the above advise and you will see a difference in your sleep patterns.
