Sleep to Get Exhausted
Your most favourite way to remove exhaustion can become the biggest contributor of exhaustion.
Sometimes your sleep can relax you, and sometimes it actually exhaust you.
The one and only reason is your dreams.
Sometimes they can really exhaust you.
Do you want to know why?
When we are asleep and when we see dreams that time our brain gets very active and the more physical work we do in our dreams, the more work our brain has to do to keep the movie in our dreams going. Hence it drains more energy out of you.
Have you ever thought that why you feel tired especially your head, eyes, etc. after a dream in which you were running very hard for example?
Because in reality it’s not you who is running but your brain that is trying to keep up with your dreams pace.
Now, brain needs energy to run, so it takes that in the form of glucose which is present in our body. Thus we are deprived of our energy.

One of the reasons for having problems with sleep is tension and fear. I used to fear from learning words especially, learning amino acids. So if you also can’t learn those amino acids then just read my story which is so stupid that I bet that you will never forget it in your lifetime and with that you will also remember the fearful amino acids.

This makes snake to (hiss) all the time as his hand writing is very (illegible) to understand. This noise is decoded by the (leopard). Correlate the words in brackets with the three letter words of the amino acids. The amino acids are arranged in the alphabetical order.
I just do not want anyone else to face the same problem which I have faced. So, I hope that this story is of some help to all of you.
If you have problem with any group of words you can add it into the comments and I can try to help you out.

hey rahi, the answer to your above question.
INTRODUCTION:
Substrate, microbial growth, defense, lactic acid bacteria, principle, pH decrease, desired characteristics
When you love your subject then it becomes (substrate) for you. You just can’t live without it as microbes can’t grow without you. When (microbes grow) you (defend) your body and only (lactic acid bacteria) survives which by (principle) of (pH decrease) makes you acidic and you loose your favorite chocolate eating (characteristics).
CHANGES DURING FERMENTATION AND RIPENING PROCESS:
Manufacture; two reactions; glycolysis; nitric oxide synthesis; preservation; nitrosomyoglobulin; color; degradation of proteins, lipids, nucleic acids, triglycerides, fatty acids; volatile compounds; microorganism type; homofermentative ; heterofermentative
When you (manufacture) a product (two reactions) takes place which makes you study (glycolysis). But drawback is that (nitric oxide synthesis) comes as complementary. So, we have to (preserve) our (nitro) boost as it can change the (color) of heart due to (degradation of our proteins, lipids, nucleic acids, triglycerides and fatty acids). This makes us (volatile) and the (microorganism type) present in our body change from (homo) to (hetero fermentative).
Characteristics of starter culture:
Quick; pathogenic; amino acids breakdown; improve sensory properties
If you are (quick) only then you can be a (pathogen) for your enemies. If you remember this line then you can easily understand the (amino acids breakdown) which can (improve our sensory properties).
SAUSAGES:
Two products; dry; semidry
When you prepare sauce for ages it becomes (sausages).it has (two products). The sauce which is grown in dry area is (dry) and the one grown in semi dry area is (semi dry).
FORMULATION AND PROCESSING:
Cleaning; chopping; mincing; starter culture method; dry curing; mincing; spices; mince; inoculation; casing; ripening; drying or smoking.
First (clean) your stick then (chop) it and add some (minced) sugar to it. This gives rise to sweet chop stick. When you eat continuously, it becomes part of your (culture) and then you think of (preserving) by (drying and curing) it from microbial attack. Sometimes people can even (mince) it and then add (spices) and then further (mince) it to make powdered chop stick which in reality is no more a stick. To this when something is added our (ocular) is (cased) with jam which is then allowed to (ripen). These ripened eyes are (dried) and (smoked) to remove spectacles.
CONTAMINATION SOURCE:
Marketing line; packaging; processing; ripening; sick worker; improper decontamination; slaughter; raw material
Once upon a time, an innocent boy got corrupted when he had to (market) the product. He was (packaged) and sent to Japan where he is (processed) and (ripened). There he became a (sick worker) who is (not decontaminated). As a result of which he was forced to (slaughter) some thing which can be used as (raw material).
MICROORGANISMS:
Lactic acid bacteria; micrococci; staphylococci; actinomycetes; enterobacteria; yeast; fungi.
A really tough task, I would say to make the story in which freedom (lacks). So, I thought of start writing story on (micro) scale. I knew that my recognition is just
(round) the corner. I wrote my first story on a (stable plant) which can (act in my) way. That plant (entered) into my mind and soul and I became (yeast) from (fungi).
SPECIES NAMES:
L.plantarum, L.sake, L.curvatus, Pediococcus acidolactici; Lactococcus lactis; Micrococcus varians; S.carnosus; S.xylosus; S.griseus; Aeromonas sp.; Debaryomyces hansenii; Candida famata; Penicillium chryosogenum; P.naliorense
Let’s grow a (plant) but for god’s (sake) don’t (curve) it. It is not a (pet) plant but an (acidic) plant which (lacks) lactose. The (lack) of (lactose) keeps it a (micro variety) which is (suitable) for (carnival). The (xylem) of the (grisly) plant is very unusual. Till now I couldn’t understand that why there is (us) in (carnival, xylem and grisly). But whenever there is an (aerospace) show, the (debate) topic is (my) plant which can even shake (hands) with humans. Isn’t it (candid)?
Anyways I don’t want to become (famous) because the my (pen) size is so small that whoever will see it will (cry) out of laughter and this makes me think of (ignorance).
