Cholesterol friendly foods are fruits, vegetables, beans and oats. A listing follows of foods that contain the most soluble fiber. Have two servings a day and the results should make a huge difference. It might save you from going on medication. Or if you are on medication it might lower your dosage.
Fiber is the reason oat bran and beans are beneficial in lowering high cholesterol. more specifically, their soluble fiber. Soluble fiber and cholesterol bind together and are eliminated from the body. When slightly more than one cup of oat bran as hot cereal or muffins ere taken by men with high cholesterol, their readings were decreased by as much as 20 percent. One cup of beans daily also reduced cholesterol by about 20%. With oat bran and beans at the top of the list, eat the following foods that contain the most soluble fiber. Have two servings a day.

yeah i agree to your list , bot i find that the major reason for increase in bad cholesterol is the use of reused oil in majority , and it is highly saturated and harmful to the body. Your list of ingredients are highly beneficial not only in reduction of bad cholesterol but also increase in good cholesterol , thanks Ruby.
