About keeping emotionally and physically healthy.

It is essential that you stay healthy, not just physically but emotionally as well. Being emotionally unhealthy is as bad as being really sick. You become very warn down, tired and exhausted, you feel like you don’t matter to anyone and want to disappear. When you actually matter a great deal to a lot of people. So to keep emotionally healthy, you should: Get out regularly and see your friends (this will show you how you mean to them by making an effort to meat up), Keep fit (this will help you physically and help your self esteem), Think of yourself in a positive manor and treat yourself and others nicely.

Keeping healthy in a physical matter is very important because you can become very sick and in the worse case, die from being unhealthy and obese. Make sure you eat healthy food and leave the fatty foods for say once a fort night, leaving you on a very healthy diet and lowering your risk of heart attack or fatal death. It is essential for you to know the dangers of being unhealthy: Fatal death, stroke, heat attack, tumours, cancer and clogged veins. Clogged veins can kill you by the way. Also keep healthy for the sake of your family and friends because I’m sure you would be horribly missed if you died from something as horrible as that.
