Stop Bad Breath

Bad breath is a common problem and should be tackled as early as possible in order to avoid humiliation from others.

Brushing and flossing your teeth after every meal helps you to keep your breath fresh. But if you don’t have the time to brush then rinse your mouth with water.

While brushing, don’t forget to clean your tongue as the back of the tongue is an area that harbours bacteria. Use a tongue scraper twice a day to clean your tongue.

Always keep your mouth hydrated as dry mouth can lead to bad breath so drink plenty of water and eat fruits and nuts.

Chew sugarless chewing gums. This chewing action helps to clean the teeth and stimulate the flow of saliva thereby leading to less chances of bad breath and reducing bacteria.

If still bad breath persists, visit a dentist. They may help you by prescribing a good mouth wash or cure your dental problem that you may be suffering from.
