Teeth play a crucial role in digestion of food. They break the complex food into simpler substances, making it easy to swallow and digest. Hence, it is important for us to take good care of our teeth. We should brush our teeth properly twice every day. We should also visit a dentist every six months.
Young kids should avoid sucking their thumb as it affects the shape of front permanent teeth. When they grow crookedly or become overcrowded in mouth, they can be set right by wearing braces.
Brushing your teeth for three minutes twice every day helps in keeping your teeth clean. Brush your teeth properly from inside and outside moving from gums to teeth. Rinse your mouth with water every two hours. This thorough cleaning will not let any decay bud in your teeth.
