Taking Care of Your Cold
How to take care of your cold.
Have a cold? Want to get well quickly? I have a short article that may help get rid of your cold quickly if you have a healthy immune system.
Just to let you readers know, if you don’t know, your immune system works by having the foreign substance (in this case the cold) come into your body and your immune system remembers the disease and helps you fight it later on which means your less likely to experience the cold. Anyway I have some tips that work for me that get rid of the cold the day after I experience it. First of all if you start experiencing the cold in its early stages (sneezing, coughing, etc.) take some cold medicine (Tylenol works fine).
Also drink plenty of fluids, such as water and milk (you can drink orange juice but it helps prevent the cold before hand). Make sure you’re warm by sleeping in bed and putting warm blankets over you. Also you want to be warm as possible, so don’t go in front of the fan and cool off; it’ll just make it worse. Sweating is really good as it opens your pores, so than you should take a shower of hot water or you can take the shower before sleeping warmly. Having warm meals helps if you’re not hungry, like nice hot soup.
This is my advice for taking care of your cold and I hope it helps.
