The Benefits of Pooping Regularly

Every day we are exposed to a lot of toxins and our body has three ways to remove them. Sweat, urine, and poop. If we make sure that we have at least one bowel movement every day we will be a lot healthier because the toxins will be moved out of our body at a muchn quicker rate than they would be if you did not move your bowels ever day.

Another things that pooping every day can do for you is help you lose weight. There are some people that are carrying as much as ten pounds of fecal matter in their intestines. This is making them feel bloated and they are carrying around extra weight that they do not need to be.

If those people were to poop every day the extra fecal matter could be removed from their system within 2 to 3 weeks.

If you do not like to poop remember it is one of the healthies things that you can do.
