The Signals of Five Sense Organs

Our five sense organs are closely related to our five internal organs in the body. The abnormal feelings or signals of your five sense organs may tell you that these internal organs are facing some problems.

Five sense organs consist of ears, eyes, lips, nose and tongue. They are important organs in our body. We use them to hear, to see, to taste and to smell. They are closely related to our internal organs comprising of heart, liver, pancreas, kidneys and lungs. When people have some uncomfortable feelings of their five sense organs, part of their internal organs may have weaken or spoiled which will finally lead to diseases.

Eyes

Signals: Eyes feel dry and cannot see things clearly. Sometimes, they turn blur suddenly.

These signals show that your liver is weak. If you press around your liver, you will feel the expansion. When this situation happens, you have to consult your local doctor for further advice, take care of your eyes’ hygiene, and do not let your eyes get tired. Sometimes, our inappropriate usage of eyes may directly affect our liver. You may consult your doctor to do a diagnosed test on the liver. The test will tell you the information related to the metabolism of your liver as an indicator to reflex the functionality of the liver.

Nevertheless, some cases can be solved by doing a simple exercise around your eyes. After gazing at the computer or television’s screen for a longer period, you should always exercise your eyes to reduce stress, tiredness and strains of your eyes. This may help to improve the condition of your liver. Here are some exercises to do:

  1. Let your eyes have some time to relax. Blink your eyes every twenty minutes or look at something green for a few moments before getting back to your computer or television’s screen.
  2. Hold a pencil or a thin bamboo stick in front of your face. Look at it while it is moving. Extend your arm gradually and move the pencil or stick further and further away from your eyes, while you are still looking at it. Bring the pencil or stick back slowly and repeat the steps for few times.
  3. Take some time off from your job and look at green plants and trees. Green color is supposed to soothe and relax your eyes. “Green” here refers to natural green, not man-made or artificial green.

Ears

Signals: Humming sound around the ears and unable to hear clearly.

These signals show that your kidneys are weak. Sometimes, you may have experienced symptoms such as aches around your legs, back and you may even have frequent urination. When this situation happens, you should not get yourself tired by overwork or rushed for an incomplete workload or a project. Avoid alcoholic and caffeine drinks and reduce the intake of ginger and chilli.

Nose

Signals: The smelling sense is insensitive. Sometimes, you have difficulty in breathing and coughing.

These signals show that your lungs are weak. People who have these conditions should adjust their daily diet and living lifestyle. Quit smoking and care for your personal hygiene. Do not stay near to heavy smokes or people who smoke as this will worsen the condition of your lungs. Eat plenty of organic fruits and vegetables to strengthen your lungs.

Lips

Signals: Lips feel numb and dry. No appetite to eat. Less diet causes the body becomes skinny gradually.

These signals show that your pancreas is weak. The major cause is due to an improper diet. When the pancreas becomes weak, it can directly affect the stomach. When the stomach is harmed, you will have your lips dried and cracked easily. Whatever foods you eat become tasteless and thus affecting your appetite. This condition can be improved by not eating cold, frozen and oily foods.

Tongue

Signals: Cannot differentiate the taste. Food you eat becomes tasteless. These conditions are then followed by a palpitation, may have many dreams or nightmare while sleeping and may finally end up with a chronic insomnia (sleeplessness).

These signals show that your heart is weak. This happens when you work too much without taking interval rest in between the workload. When you feel extremely dry in your mouth, the tongue is covered by a thick layer, and cannot recognize the taste properly, you must be aware of the early stage of getting heart disease. When the condition persists, you should consult your local doctor for further advice and treatment.
