- Meat contributes to the growth of stones in the kidney and gall bladder
- Meat causes many diseases such as coronary disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer, obese, pancreatitis, osteoporosis, Bovine disease (Mad cow disease), Salmonella (food poisoning caused by bacteria infection), depression, circulatory disorders and lots of other diseases…
- Patients and old people have an extremely slow digestion. The residue of the meat that remains too long in the intestine will poison the blood stream by producing poisonous elements from the decaying meat and finally burdening the liver. The longer the decaying food stays in a human’s intestine, the probability of getting liver hardening and cancer may be high. If one is favored in eating half-cooked meat, he will at high risk of getting infected by harmful diseases and transmitted worms.
- Meat has fewer fibers which do not help in digestion. The lack of fibers in the meat causes constipation and may lead to diseases such as hemorrhoids and colon cancer.
- Meat contains a high concentration of cholesterol which is a major threat to middle age and old people. Brains of animals, nervous systems, blood, gall, egg-yolk and fat are sources of cholesterol from animal’s meat.
- Cholesterol or fat found in animal meat is hardly emulsified and digested by our body. Thus, if this cholesterol or fat is left longer in our intestine tract, the fat may become thick and sticky to the artery’s wall. Finally, it will lead to diseases such as coronary disease, the hardening of artery, high blood pressure, haemorrhage and stroke.
- Meat-eater gets tired easily
- Meat is a silent killer
- Meat causes bad mood and get angry easily
- Those who eat too much meat can get his digestive system unable to digest food properly and completely
- Most meats have been injected large doses of chemical products, antibiotics and hormones which stimulate the growth of tumors in our body
- A burnt or charred meat is more likely to produce a poisonous substance, Benjopyrene, which is equivalent to 600 cigarettes for a kilo of such meat. This poisonous substance has distinguished as a major cause to the formation of cancerous tumors and blood cancer. A study of University of Minnesota published in September 2002 had well documented that the consumption of barbecued red meat promotes the development of pancreatic cancer.
- When meat is grilled or burnt at extremely high temperature, a chemical compound called methylcholan-threne can be produced. This chemical compound has known to cause cancerous cells in our body.
- We are not told whether the meat we bought is infected by harmful diseases or not. Some animals may have infected by these diseases before they are slaughtered. When someone eats such meat, he may get infected easily and may die faster.
- When we eat meat with high cholesterol for the daily dietary intake, our cells can be weaken due to the accumulation of undigested fat. This in turn interrupts the body system. When this situation happens, we may get more wrinkle skins, skin disorders; grow old faster than expected age.
- The seas and oceans nowadays are contaminated with oil spill and ten million types of chemical products. People who consume this type of meat are more likely to accumulate chemical toxic to their bodies. Two of these identified dangerous chemicals are poly-chlorinated and Bi-phenyls. They have caused difficulty in giving birth, paralysis, mercury poisoning, inflammation of liver and other diseases. Another scary poisonous element found in the meat is Xantin, which can be toxic to our intestine tracts.
- The study conducted by the Loma Linda University in California has clearly explained that a diet rich in animal protein may have high risk of developing dementia
- If we eat too much meat contaminated with antibiotics and medicinal chemicals, it will sadly to imagine how our generation will look like
- If the acidic substance in the meat is unable to neutralize by the alkaline content in the blood, this acidic element will be secreted through our sweat glands under the armpits. Such perspiration gives out strong and smelly odor.
- In the medical terms, meat is categorized as acidic food. When we eat meat, this acidic substance will influence the balance of acid and alkaline concentration in our blood. In order to neutralize it, our body will steal the calcium from the bone. The high intake of meat will gradually cause a loss of calcium in our bone, and finally the born becomes more vulnerable and fracture easily which may cause osteoporosis. The loss in calcium accelerates the cells grow old faster and the victim may end up life at very young age.
