Three Ways to Stay Healthy
Do you care about your body? If you are struggling with health problems, here are some steps to become healthy or to stay healthy to keep you going.
Smoking
To start,if your a smoker,it’s best to stop A.S.A.P. No matter if you been smoking since you was a teen, you still have of chance of disabilities as you get older. Watching the news and keeping my eyes open, weed is one of the main items people smoke and says it won’t effect you,it will wake you up. It is nothing more than a pieces of a curtain plant which people attend to roll up in a circularly in a piece a paper and lights it. If it’s not weed,than it’s what they call a simple cigarette that can cause yellow teeth,bad lungs,and lost of life time.

Stress
Stress is a big problem in the world now. Stress can cause many things like an increase in blood pressure. Stress mostly occurs when dealing with a bad situation for a long time and your just so tired of it. The way you can keep your stress level down is by staying calm in most cases and to stay away from problems/drama as much as you can.

Eating
Eating right is an important way to stay healthy. Make sure you eat your vegetables and proteins everyday. When eating a meal,there should be at least a vegetable product,a dairy product,and some kind of meat or fish and beans will be ok to. Eating fruit from time to time can help a lot. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day which means you should be able to wake up in the morning and to fix a a nice warm big meal. After eating your meal, you should take your vitamins day after day which then you can gain strength and will improve your health.
Note: If you do these three simple steps, I guarantee that the next time you visit the doctors, there will be a big improve.
