Using your cellular phone before you sleep.
Feel draggy in the morning? It may be because you were using your cellular phone at night. Researchers at Wayne State University in Michigan discovered that radiation from cellular phones could disrupt sleep. It appears the phone’s wireless signals may hinder the body’s production of the sleep hormone melatonin. For better sleep, “avoid chatting at least two hours before bed,”suggests study author Benft Arnetz, Ph.D.

When you research this topic on the internet there seems to be a lot of information to suggest that mobile phones are highly dangerous and can fry parts of the human brain – but I believe that the facts are surpressed to protect the world wide multi billion pound mobile industry. Time will tell !
