Ways to Improve Your Sleep
A list of five ways to help anyone improve their sleep.
1. Wake up earlier. This helps you go to sleep earlier and faster, for this to work you must do it every single day so be diligent.
2. Read right before you go to sleep. I don’t recommend anything that make you think too much. The point is to read something that relaxes you.
3. Pitch Black. The darker it is the more comfortable, the more comfortable the more restorative your sleep is.
4. Don’t think/ worry about anything just relax and close your eyes.
5. Avoid t.v. since t.v is a bunch of still pictures put together it causes your mind to be stimulated.
