What Everyone Should Know About MSG
About 30% of people are allergic or sensitive to the additive Monosodium Glutamate or MSG. most of us don’t know or recognise the symptoms.
Ever wonder why the food from your favorite restaurant tastes so good? I remember my oldest son asking me why my home cooked meals never tasted as good as when we went out to eat and it was years later before I found the reason. I wasn’t using MSG. Monosodium Glutamate is the third most used spice in the world next to salt and pepper but it could be hurting you.
If you experience headaches, dizziness, nausea, diarrhea, general weakness and palpitations for no apparent reason, you could be among the 30% of people suffering from symptoms caused by MSG. Without knowing it we can subject our families to unnecessary illness. As our life becomes more hectic we look for alternative ways to feed our families. With board meetings, ballet classes, piano lessons, baseball games and the like, we often count on prepared food, fast food and restaurants but there is something we should be aware of. Monosodium Glutamate.
