You deserve good health because you have family and friends who depend on you. You want to be healthy to see all of your children lead a good, productive and uplifting life. You should walk regularly with this realization and limit your calories to not distribute to unhealthy habits. You deserve to lose weight and to be healthy because they (the skinny people) are no better than you at any time to the left or the right of you.
You have the self awareness to put yourself in the highest of self esteem because you are worth it. You deserve to have good health because there is an innate desire in you to be the best that you can be without having to take all types of medication for the ills of bad health. One way to raise the bar to better health is to take good daily care of your self. You deserve good health.
