A new health care bill is in the works in our nation’s capitol.  This new bill would have Americans who do not consent to buy affordable medical coverage to face stiff fines of more than one thousand dollars.  In these tough economic times health care issues are taking a gigantic step forward.  Individuals could be fined in the amount of one thousand dollars a year for not accepting medical coverage.  Families could face even steeper fines in this matter.  Health care coverage standards are quickly on their way to becoming as required as motor vehicle insurance.  Any fines due would be collected through the income tax process.

There would be certain accommodations made for the poor and middle class families of the United States in this new health care bill.  Failure to sign up for the offered coverage would result in financial consequences.  No American can afford the extra financial burden or the risk of being uninsured.  We can never be certain of what the future may hold for us or what health issues we may have to overcome.

This hard hitting health care bill affects every American life.  Legislators in Washington will have to give this issue every concern as it is vital to all of us.  President Obama’s toughness on health care issues can not afford to be ignored.
