Spring Fatigue – Why Do I Get Tired?

Spring fatigue is characterized by very rapid fatigue, lack of concentration, constant yawning, and the need to sleep during the day.
Fatigue can be considered a kind of poisoning. When the muscles of our body are working lactic acid is created. If this acid is removed from the exhausted muscle, he is able to work again.
Fatigue is a signal that alerts the body that it needs rest to restore physical energy.

During the day we are getting poisoned whit lactic acid. There are other substances which are produced in our body during the muscle work. These substances are called poisons of fatigue. They are carried whit blood throughout the body, so we feel not only fatigue of the muscles, but also throughout the body, especially in the brain.

Scientific experiments of fatgue gave us some interesting results. If a dog gets tired of complete exhaustion and sleep, and then his blood is injected with another dog, that dog will also immediately become tired and fall asleep. If on the contrary, tired dog gave blood transfusion to rested, alert dog, he will immediately wake up and no longer feel tired.
Fatigue is not only chemical but biological process. We can not simply remove the fatigue. because the cells need a rest, to be renewed and able to work. Thus fatigue is a signal that alerts the body that it needs rest to restore physical energy.

There is something particularly interesting in the process of resting. Someone who has worked hard for hours as typewritting will not want to lie down when tired, but will want to walk. Or when the kids arrive from school tired they won’t come to rest but will run off to play.This can be explained as follows: if only a part of body is tired, like brain, eyes, hands or feet the best way to get the rest is to activate other parts of the body. Movement enhances breathing, blood circulation and accelerates the work of the gland and the harmful substances are going out of the tired parts.

      

WHAT CAN HELP?

Spring fatigue disappear rapidly after ingestion of food containing large amounts of vitamin C. So eat as much fruits and vegetables as you can because of the efficiency and effectiveness of vitamin C.

In the morning get up and immediately get active. Exercise at least five minutes.
Take a shower alternating hot and cold water, so cold is the last.

During the day, be physically active for at least 30 minutes, run, walk, swim and more. With all the mentioned, drink at least 1.5 liters of water a day.

In the evening take a warm bath with essential oils that stimulate chan substances, blood and soothe.
