First step is to change your diet and eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, they detoxify the body, plus they are low in calories and loaded with nutrients. Six to eight glasses of water per day tends to open up the blood vessels just below the skin level where most cellulite hides and helps flush it out. At the same time reduce the salt intake in your diet, that makes your body retain water and make the cellulite problem worst.

Increase the intake of fiber in your diet which includes lots of green vegetables and grains to keep food moving through the system and makes you feel good.
